The Reserve is a wonderful place to live. From the tour and move-in process, leasing consultant Johnson Nguyen provided excellent customer service. He made sure to provide accurate information and any helpful assistance necessary. Anytime we have had any issues or concerns, He has done whatever it took to make sure the issue or concern was fixed or resolved in an efficient and timely manner.

One of the few properties that has actual humans with a friendly smile and courteous help. Sokhom was the Reserve representative and was overly helpful on every subject/inquiry we had. She was in touch every few days whether email or phone. We contacted a hand full of properties…no one even remotely close. They know the business and handle it well! This place was nice when we moved in in May 2019. It was quiet, clean and our neighbors were respectful. Over the past couple months the sidewalks have become stained, there is constantly trash thrown about and our apartment vibrates randomly throughout the week from loud music (as it's doing at this very moment). The price is way too high for the standard it's at.
