Management (Nicole) does not want to help you as a resident. I’ve had A/C issues going on over a month. She will not follow through with actions she says she is going to make happen. Most importantly, she’s very unprofessional when speaking with her and will talk to you like you’re uneducated or belittle you. Beware of terrible management and maintenance support and do not deal with Nicole if you do not have to. I live in building 4.

We moved here in October and really enjoy it here. The office personnel is very friendly and nice. The maintenance team responds very quickly and professionally. The gym is awesome and very clean. Thank you to the management team for making this a great place to live.

Everything for the most part was good. The biggest opportunity is the plumbing. I constantly had issues with the toilets, sicks showers. Etc. As far as the amenities want to say the best one is the gym it was always clean. As for the appliances in the apartment all of them work fairly well didn’t have much issues with any of them.
