If I could have given negative stars I would have. This place is a joke. The manager let's her grandson have someone live in his garage and she allows her grandson to not follow the rules that everyone else should be following when it comes to things on their porch. There are ants and bugs everywhere. The laundry rooms are filthy and half the time there is one or more machines not working. She picks and chooses who she gives notices to (hand written for that matter) when the hot water gets turned off and won't be turned on until the next day. She spreads rumors about all the tenants and gives out information about other tenants that should otherwise not be given. When you go to complain about a neighbor that is either loud or doing something they shouldn't she just says "There's nothing I can do, they won't listen to me anyways." There is definitely unfair and unequal housing going on. There's a VERY high turnover rate and the current rent is not worth living here. The owners of the complex are SLUM LORDS and the manager doesn't care about anything. Stay as far away as you can!

Roaches!!!!!I was happy here for 5 moths, but today I’ve seen roaches in our laundry and it’s a very bad warning sign to me. Just let everyone know.

If you want unequal, unfair housing this is the place oh and bring your own garage door, and insect reppellent. The managment lady is the worst lady if ever dreamed of. she has harassed my elderly mother and father and I on multiple occasions calling us trash... horrible person.. constantly harassing about dog fecies, clearly not the only dog in the neighborhood and better park in your garage or shell threatin to take it from you. seriously don't come here is buy this place just to bulldoze it .would've given 0 stars and the owner is ignorant as hell, just saying.
