Veterinarian, Jonathan Schlossberg, took such good care of my Starfox. My boy is a senior dog, and unfortunately doesn’t have the best teeth at all. While Starfox was there for a routine dental cleaning, Veterinarian Schlossberg made sure to go above and beyond to take extra care of my baby munster. I feel confident in him and the staff there whenever I drop any of my munsters off. Thank you again to the staff, and thank you Veterinarian Schlossberg, my husband and myself appreciate the work you put forth and trust you whole heartedly with our babies. Thank you again 🙏🏼 😊🖤 Best wishes, Claudia Landeros, Xuan Tran, Starfox, Sadie & Loki

Inherited a dog after it’s owner passed. Scheduled my first visit with them on an optimal wellness plan. Called ahead to let them know I thought she was skittish, Showed up on time for the appointment and they made me wait while they cleaned up the urine and the urine soaked towel that was left on the scale from the last before they weighed her then said I had to wait 10 min for my appointment but couldn’t put the dog in a room cause of COVID restrictions. After 15 minutes of waiting I saw the receptionist talking to the 5 people and two dogs just standing together in line waiting for her to finish. So they wouldn’t place a dog in the room because of COVID but it’s okay to have all the clients and their animals stand together waiting. I’ll take my business to Frontier instead.

Really irritated by this place. I wanted to set up an appointment for my dog because he's been acting weird the past couple of days, and some scheduler named Magic or something was short, unempathetic and just unprofessional. She didn't even ask me what was going on with my dog. I usually go to banfield in cedar mill, and they're always so helpful and genuinely try to help my dog so I didn't expect such impersonable service. My dog is 10, and he is an emotional support animal so when problems occur I tend to get very upset due to how attached I am to him. I just asked if they had an appointment for tomorrow and she was like "no we don't." And then we tried to find my file, and all she did was discourage me from going there. I moved, which is why I wanted to go to this location but I'm just going to take the extra drive and go somewhere with people who are helpful. She could have asked what was going on, told me the soonest they could get me in, etc but it was obvious she didn't care and just wanted me off the phone.

Absolutely love this place! Every time I go here, the staff is super friendly, conversational and just really nice in general. I ask a million questions every time and I don’t ever get the vibe that there tired of me. I get Dr. Kramer and Magic every time I go in (a good coincidence) and no matter what I go in for, I always leave feeling happy and relieved. I also get great advice anytime I see them as well. My seven year old dog is over weight and out of all the vets I’ve been to back home (I moved from another state last July to here) no one ever mentioned it to me. Dr. Kramer and Magic made it very clear that for his health, he needs to loose weight and I’m so thankful that I was told. (We’re now on a diet and working towards some weight loss!) I will literally wait weeks just to schedule an appointment here rather than going to another place sooner. I will say though. I paid to get my dogs nails trimmed (for the first time) and they only cut, maybe two or three and stopped because he was “too hyper”. I wasn’t told this at pick up though. I only noticed that his nails were still long and had to call back and ask why. That rubbed me the wrong way a little seeing as how I feel it should have been prorated and I should have been told that cutting his nails was not possible at pickup. Out of all the times I’ve been here (it’s been over ten since I have two dogs and one is older) that’s the only problem I’ve ever had. Seriously adore this place!

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020

You can spread the cost of your wellness plan across the 12 months of your annual agreement to make it easier to budget for the essential health care your pet needs. Your monthly payments can be automatically withdrawn from a checking or savings account or charged to a credit card so that you don’t have to worry about them once you enroll. We also offer the option of paying in full if you prefer.

What is an Optimum Wellness Plan?

Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020
Banfield Pet Hospital | Aug 17, 2020

Optimum Wellness Plans are designed to provide annual preventive care. They include head-to-tail exams, vaccines, early screening diagnostics, consultations for proper nutrition, dental care and more! Since wellness plans are not insurance, they do not include treatment for unpredictable or abnormal conditions, however discounts would apply. Because pets need ongoing preventive care, wellness plans automatically renew at the end of each twelve month period (unless paid in full at enrollment).
