This company never answers the phone, I have been calling and emailing the machine puts me on hold then gives me another machine to leave a message. I have been trying to call for a week straight same thing are it says the office is closed. Its frustrating.

Worst service, unprofessional agents, they tend to make fun of customers and be careful because they will mess up your account, they do not apply your payments correctly. If you ask to speak with a manager they simply say no! They will give you tons of excuses but that’s all

Worst company I have ever had the unfortunate opportunity to deal with. They only allow you to make your payments by mail in check or over the phone. No autopay features whatsoever. I call in every month the day before my due date and wait on hold for 30-45 minutes to get ahold of a representative. I have to call 3-4 times because there system will automatically hang up on you after 5-10 minutes. The most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. AVOID THESE PEOPLE LIKE THE PLAGUE.

The finance won’t let you know where your car is at until you get everything straight with them. Which is pretty ridiculous. Triple check with them for repo receipt because they don’t update everything right away. I got sent to Covina when I needed to go to east la. I should of listened to my police dept of where I needed to go instead of them.
yes. but they charge 8.00 every time. you could pay at 7/11 for like 4.00 or thru an app. for a couple bucks. send check if u dont want to pay to make a payment
