Please don’t waste your time by visiting this office, they work for the government and they don’t care about your child at all. They are very very very rude and unprofessional. They have no compassion and respect to your case or your child. I worked so hard to complete all the paperwork with my own money and investigating on the other party and they say we are not going by lifestyle , we are just go by his tax amount. And they say this is a country case you don’t have to come to court. The office is so disgusting

I checked my credit report and learned that these crooks reported me so I was told to call these fraudsters and they told me over the phone that I had a court judgement against me and I was told to go to their court but the problem is first of all they are not courts and not judges (Coram non judice) so I was already being fraudulently enduce to go to a fake court and I found out why. Because they had a hearing without serving me a summons and they lied to the court to get a default judgement. Now that void judgement is being used to intercept my stimulus even when they shouldn't under 42 usc 651-669b because I don't owe the State some money I don't owe District of Columbia, Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and American Samoa. Fraudsters! And the order should be void. They fraudulently enduce you to a contract by telling you to go to court when they are single and separate organization unit and by not disclosing they are not judges they are committing fraud by non disclosure and by misrepresentation. I disputed the reported debt directly to the agency and asked them to validate it by contract but they couldn't show a contract, but they kept on reporting me to the Credit bureau. Experian and TransUnion deleted the debt because they couldn't validate it.

Louann Omar has no basic knowledge of returning calls. A child was placed in my home after an emergency placement she handed me the child with no information what so ever. She provided me her office number and a number for a supervisor that doesn't answer either. Been calling for 3 days and no one seems to care about the welfare of this child.

Mrs.Castona from the beginning I picked up her call is very unprofessional. She could've went another way about giving me a call about my case. Doesn't seem like they want to be polite and just talk down on you like you owe her money and she paying me child support or you are below her. There's a reason why these office are here and its to help locate the other parent to financial help you out with your child. Not to be talked down or degraded and we all should be treated with the same respect.
