The driver came to pick up my dumpster. He tore the overhead wires down. Instead of taking responsibility like a man. He decided to drive off, without notifying anyone. I called the office, to report this act of irresponsibility. I was told he tried to fix it, which I’m sure is a complete lie. If he couldn’t fix it, why not take responsibility and notify the service provider of lines down? I will never use this business again. Damage property and not even an apology.

In March 2022, a neighboring business rented a dumpster from JR&Sons. The truck driver dropping the dumpster drove over my lawn in order to unload the container at the business. He drove over my yard twice and placed deep tire tracks into the soft soil. I called Joan at JR&Sons, twice, to politely ask JR to rectify the situation and was told that the owner will be notified. 6 weeks later there is still no response from JR. This business has no regard for others' property.
