Well my son was able to get a shower when I would find him. But he's been on the waiting list for nearly a month. No shelter, I asked if they had clothes so he could put some clean ones on..only a extra large shirt available , no pants, no shoes. Sometimes he was able to get a lunch. Not sure if he's getting the best help here. No answers but they say oh no one is matching him up with a bed no none available.....? Humm not sure if he's being served in the proper order..I heard about the program on the news and set out to find my son who is 31 with some mental health issues. Thought they would help. 😐

Very helpful and a very big part of the community. They need a good paint job and a fixer up sir but where's Jay z and Beyonce, etc people like that. The place needs a good facelift and the parking lot. There is security. Especially ever since somebody got shot and killed outside. But they are very helpful and I appreciate religion too because sometimes you just get on your knees and pray and ask for help

Clothing showers hot lunch placement services some days there also are people there with the smartphones and also sometimes there are people here for pet help and also for medical care
What you can do is make an appointment with a case worker and do an intake
I don't know if you can donate personally to the Mission, but You can call them on Monday. I'm sure they can guide you in a right direction on where you can go donate.
Hi Sally, The adress is hope of the valley but there is a church there too.You can drop off either at the church or hope of the valley. The church is central Lutheran and there is a food distribution program on Mondays. The church is open until 6pm and hope of the valley closes at 4pm and open at 8 am m-f.

I know they have a shower facility. There's offices there with people to help you and contact nearby shelters.
You need to pay your own registration fees, but if you have parking tickets you can't pay there are services to help clear those up.
You have to leave the winter shelter in the morning and they shuttle you to the help center in Van Nuys. The help center is opened from 8-4

Hope of the valley is a date shelter that service showers drying towels body soap clothing monday or Wednesday every other week hot coffee in pastry every day along with shower sign up 9:00 am 11:30 Monday thru Friday weekend no showers paying bills i haven't heard of ...
There's nothing to pick up only showers and a hot meal and clothing if u need it on Mondays and Wednesdays 9am to 11;30am
