Very unprofessional staff! They can’t even answer a simple question right “ air heads “ I guess. All their rules and regulations are very outdated forms are outdated. Im trying to get a simple understanding on how build a patio. They said just follow the forms which is nothing! There manager for a property at Vally Rancho is a joke. She let people do what they want and be loud and vulgar. She even went to court when I was trying to get a restraining order against there tenner and she lied to the judge what i said to the man that has threatened to kill me. They let this happen for a long time. There tenent even spit in my face and cops did not arrest him, he even threatened at Ross Department store that my days were numbered did not get arrested again. What a joke the people they hire, oh that's right the manager was friends with Mr. Davis for 15 years.

This company has the worst customer service. I have been calling for 3 weeks on the same issue. I received one call from the owner Nadine, 2 weeks ago and she had NO idea that because we live I a condo and have no account with the city that bulky items need to be requested thru the HOA. The ONE time I was able to speak with her she said she would call me back the next day and 2 weeks later I’m still leaving messages with no return call. I have a two year old that I have to be sure doesn’t go too close to the water heater because I am afraid that she will get hurt if it falls or rolls on her. They have just been completely unprofessional.
