I have had the worst experience with one of the employees, Janice. Many others have already complained about her unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. She is constantly on her personal cell phone between customers and will walk away to take a personal call even though we are waiting in line. She rolls her eyes at customers every time I see her, she raises her voice, and complains about her co-workers to customers who don’t even ask to hear her drama. It is the most unprofessional setting I have ever seen. I will be making a formal complaint first thing tomorrow when they open because today was the last straw with this rude, disrespectful employee. Avoid this branch if you can or better yet, go see for yourself so you can add to the list of complaints against this lady.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I was told on 08/01/18 that my package would arrive at it's destination on 08/04/18. It is 08/15/18 & it still hasn't been delivered! This is for a passport renewal that is time sensitive! Had I known they were going to sit on my package for 12 days I would have rushed it! Now I have to hope my passport comes in time for my trip next month! SO frustrated!

The blond mail princess does not deliver mail when she feels that you or your neighbor's car is too close for her to get directly right next to you curb mail box and she simply drives off with your mail and delivers it the next day if she feels like it. My neighbor has a business and he could not figure out why his mail (payments from customers)was coming late, until he and I saw the princess to do the above maneuver - drives to your box and when she thinks she does not reach from her car straight to your box she drives off. This day, when I was standing outside with my neighbor, she skipped this way 3 homes in the immediate vicinity. She does not know she is being monitored by cameras from our neighbors and by old ladies neighborhood watch from the front windows. I am installing a mail box on the wall next to front door and cameras to follow.

Not only were the workers in the front YELLING for the people in the back while customers were being helped, but one worker seriously responded "No" from the back when asked to help. On top of all that lovely business, they LOST my certified school application I sent out!! LOST IT. I thought it would be SMART to drive to the nearest PO to the school to send my application--apparently it would have fared far better had I just sent it from Fontana. Never again!!
