Between my wife and I, we have gotten 8 tattoos and referred 4 people here. My wife and I booked the whole night, 6 weeks in advance. We drive 1.5 hours to get there. Jim couldn't even get to my tattoo, 5 hours in, he couldn't even finish my wife's tattoo. He booked another appointment at 630 and we had to leave. His exact words were, "it's been a slow week. Guy put down100 and I couldn't say no". Mind you, we were in for 1200 worth of tattoos. If this is how he treats repeat customers, I would hate being a new customer. I will take my business elsewhere. Never coming back and telling everybody that I know not to go there.

Got a tattoo done said to come back in for a free touch up. Went back after a couple months and he said the touch up wasn’t going to be free even after I said that he said it would be free. Nice guy but doesn’t stick to his word. I have 5 other tattoos done at other places and not one of the first touch ups did I have to pay for.
