The meds I was waiting for did not get in my mail box and the post office said it was delivered. Very bad service.

Super busy post office. Long line and wait despite 4 service windows. The staff I encountered was very nice and helpful.

Moved to Rancho Cucamonga in November. Filled out all required address changes with the post office and received confirmation from the post office of this address change but my mail carrier keeps returning some of my mail to sender including important documents like insurance and tax papers. When I do get mail sometimes I end up with the neighbor's mail or vise versa. The one time I had to go to the post office to pick up a package the postal worker was extremely slow in retrieving my package. I was of the impression that the package area in back of the building wasn't organized. From what I can tell from other reviews as well as my experience to date is that the management at this office has failed in her/his ability to do their job. *** Update 02/12/2022.*** I had high hopes that perhaps the few negative instances I've had with the PO were that.....just instances however the disappointment continues. They returned a high value package that I've been waiting for back to the sender for incomplete address . The address is correct and the sender and I verified over the phone. I'm at a loss as to how this PO is still open.

This has to be the worst postal office. First off, I haven’t been receiving any of my mail or the mail carrier is delivering it to someone else. When I call there is no one who can take your call. They don’t want to answer their phones. I haven’t received any of my packages either. Horrible service.

yes
Unfortunately u have to go in person. Sometimes they don't even answer or will say they will call u back which never happens
You can access your PO Box anytime. The lobby at this location is open 24 hours.
Yes, you can.

Yes, I love this post office, nice friendly helpful caring people
Yes you need to call and make an appointment
Yes you can. You need to fill out an application and you need to bring two forms of ID. One photo, such as a driver's license, and one non-photo, such as an auto insurance card.
Yes
Hand it to someone over the counter. Not many options at this location.

For kids the total is 110 total and anyone under 18 they're only good for 5 yrs
No
Yes. They should be able to do so. It will cost about $60 more to get it done. Hopefully this helps
It depends on the shape & size of the item and where it's being shipped. Try using their rate calculator to get a better idea. https://postcalc.usps.com
Yes I m sure because we just renewed my sons who is 12 years old
Yes util 3pm
I believe the last box collection is 5 pm. If you dropped it off at 7 pm it would be collected and postmarked the following day.
Unfortunately you would have to come in to the main post office located on 10950 arrow with proof residence I.e. lease agreement, deed or proof of ownership and pay $50 to have your mailbox re-keyed. It takes 6 to 10 business days. You can request to have your mail held during the wait period.
Go online and follow instructions
You need to bring ur old passport, current ID with u . Its on walkin bases 1st come 1st serve. Or u can call Rancho library to make an appointment . I just went through this myself
They don't hold ur mail at the post office .unless they attempted to deliver it as certify mail. If it's regular mail u will have when they have it. U should ask the company who sent it to find out how and when they mailed it. U can also ask for another copy if it has been long
No , but if u use it as a debit card and know his pin number they will.not ask.for I'D. But make sure u use it as debit nor credit
