The guys charged me 1700$ for changing tires and breaks. And they didn’t balance it at all. Cant drive normally. Whole car is jumping and shaking when I drive over 50 m/h. Not to mention I’ve been waiting whole day 2 hour job. They did very bad job.

This location is one of the Best for Tiers, Alignment, Brakes which I have used for few times for all my cars. I just don’t write review on one visit. They do very good job and good customer service after the sale. Today even Memorial Weekend no Sunday they are open. John the front desk guy took me in even work load was very heavy as I need my car service today to leave town. They try their best to fit me . All my vehicle service and Tires need been done with the best price and quality work at this location. Before you consider Dealer for services, take your vehicle to this place, compare their prices and services. I drive 20 miles for all my vehicle at this location. Sometime you have to wait as they are busy so often due to their competitive price with quality work. Trust me I am not easy to please as I wait and compare for $ to value.

My mom had a blow out. She managed to make it to this location. She was there a good 30 minutes before the store location closed. The service writer John flat out refused to help her. Said the store was closing soon. If it hadn’t of been for one of the other employees my mother would have been stuck out there for hours. Explain to me why you have a person up front so unwilling to assist people? Would never recommend this place, ever.

I called around town looking for tire places who had black wheel weights for my black wheels. I just needed to have tires I bought elsewhere mounted on wheels that I was dropping off. ATD was the only place I called that had black wheel weights, and their price was reasonable. When I arrived, Dominick greeted me and asked to look at the wheels. He was concerned that their tools might scratch the wheels so he asked his installer who said no problem. When they went to balance the wheels, they took the time to call me to ask about the center caps because they were afraid they might break. I appreciate them taking the time to be careful and to check vs just bashing the caps like I’ve had happen elsewhere. Overall a very good experience. I’ll be back!

I agree call an let them know your car tire size other wise you will be wasting your time
thank you for your message, FYI our stores open at 8 am and close at 6 pm
best recommendation is to take the vehicle to the store and consult with our sales tech
pls contact America's tire and have them rotate your tires and if they won't you can take it to our stores since most of them work on Tesa
