Please don't go there if you wanted to save your car, money and time. I got my lesson. I left my vehicle at 5:30 am and I got back at 2:30 pm after I called to check the status of the pickup otherwise it would be more hours. The service desk associates (Robert and Guillermo) are super unprofessional that I can't imagine. When I went to pickup my car they kept me waiting 15 minutes in the lobby then I received my key and didn't tell me anything about my car that I have any issues or not. I had a 25% off coupon and the guy who checked me he didn't scan it, he just said that he has Manager privilege so he can included the coupon...unbelievable place!

I will not go anywhere else for my oil service, Guillermo is awesome and has my full trust! I have been coming to his Pep Boys on Foothill and Masi Dr since he started there and I have not left. Very professional, cares about his customers and always backs his work. Best manager in the chain if you ask me. If your looking for a complete customer service satisfaction experience ask for Guillermo, you will not be sorry!

I came here to get new tires and the staff were very friendly. Robert and guillermo were very accomodating to even helping me get the tires from another location rather than just sending me there since i did my order online. Though i understand they were short staff, they still got done earlier than i was expecting. Over all great experience and definitely recomend this branch.
