I walk in with a car battery under warranty (prorated warranty) a lady under the last name of Ramirez helped me and advised me there was no more warranty she got upset when I explained to her that prorated warranty is to give partial credit on the new battery she got so upset called someone else to take care of me just because she didn't wanted to create a partial credit on the new battery this is how you loose customer by taking things so personal. Mss. Ramirez advised me she is the general manager of this store wich I don't understand how she was given that position with her bad attitude and the worst customer service She needs to be retrained on customer service and how not to take things persona.l
