Amazing company to contact for restoration services. I had two water damage incidents and Clear Coast was able to help out with one of them. Excellent customer service and I would like to mention an employee who came out to inspect the water damage and made sure everything was okay before restoring the damage area is none other than Devon! Thank you so much Devon for your patience and kindness thought the whole process!!! He was not only very helpful and respectable of the house property, but was also very friendly and a person to have a great conversation with as well as giving me the walk through of the process to make sure everything was okay and answered whatever question I had about the water damage process. I am so beyond words grateful for this company and all they did to assist in restoring my house. I had been dealing with a lot with the insurance and the whole process was stressful, throughout this whole nightmare Jason and his team were so helpful in answering my questions and they were so patient with me. This company does quality work and they will make sure to take care of you every step of the way so you are not confused with the process or left with any questions. I highly recommend them. This company did the restoration and clean up for water damage that came through my ceiling from an upstairs shower. This part was fine, except the fans were there for several days longer than they needed to be. Dani, the project manager was friendly and helpful. For the construction and restoration part - On the first conversation with Jeremy, I had the sense that he had no interest in coming out to work on my home. I had such a bad feeling that I contacted the company and asked if I could have a different project manager. They told me they'd had to talk to him about this in the past, but right now they were short handed and didn't have anyone else to send. I agreed to work with him. When he came to my house, it was much better. I asked about getting some other projects done. He said they could do that and even made suggestions for some things I hadn't planned on. I liked the ideas and asked for estimates for everything we talked about. It took me a while to pick out my floors. I didn't hurry because I figured they were shorthanded anyway and it wouldn't matter. During this time, I texted whenever I had a question. Sometimes, he responded, sometimes he didn't. He got snappy with me on the phone when I was trying to find out exactly what part of the kitchen my insurance company was paying to paint. When I chose my floors, I texted to let him know I had several questions and asked him to let me know when he wanted the information (SKU,etc.) on the floors. He never responded. I sent another text a few days later and he told me to send my questions in an email. I sent the email with my questions. It was very detailed because I'm detail oriented and didn't want any surprises or misunderstandings later. A few days later he responded that their company couldn't meet my needs. My initial gut feeling was right. This guy had no interest in working on my home. They left me high and dry without replacing the wall, part of the ceiling and part of the floor that THEY REMOVED. I think the worst part of this is that I really had faith in this company and I'm just reeling that they left me the way they did. I will NEVER use them again.
