Inquired about a used car's availability. Was told it was available and asked what time I'd like to see it. I confirmed a time. Then they said it was 'going in to service' and would not be available at that time (suddenly needing an 'inspection' since it 'just arrived'). I checked the CarFax which indicated it has been on their lot for several months, not just arrived. Now I don't trust this dealer to be honest with me. Beware.

It's your standard auto dealership - expect to spend a lot of time going through all the typical auto purchase games. One note: I was told that the Wyler Friends and Family package was a requirement for purchase, by both the salesperson and the sales manager. I said I didn't want it but they both said that I couldn't opt out, it was a requirement for purchase. After I did my financing and got home, I noticed that the items in the package had explicit lines on their contracts that said their purchase was not a requirement for vehicle purchase. I feel like I was actively deceived because I explicitly said I didn't want the package and the sales person and sales manager told me it was required. Just pay attention and hopefully you can avoid the unnecessary extra $1500+ that they will tell you that you must have. The people are friendly enough, but the system is a mess and seems designed to frustrate and annoy customers. They will play all the games with you: notes back and forth, you waiting a ton of time for nothing, "my manager isn't going to like this", "I have to run this by...", etc. The strategy seems to be to devalue the customer until they are so frustrated and out of time that they can mislead you into unnecessary charges and items. Definitely buyer beware.
