Set up an appointment with their company to get an estimate and any concepts that they could provide to install awnings and or canopies on our building. Was awaiting their arrival at the agreed timeframe. After 1 hour I had to call them and was told that they forgot about the appointment. Sorry, but this is not acceptable and we will take our business elsewhere . Thanks for your diligence and wasting my time.

Our finished product is beautiful! There were a few set backs along the way. Communication was not great. The gentleman that answers the phone was unable to provide any information, throughout the process. Calls were not returned and our awning arrived a month behind schedule. However, they did offer a discount for our trouble.
