I think it's ridiculous for you to charge a $187.00 "diagnostic fee" when I'm telling you what I want you to look at! It took all of 5 minutes for you to look at the problem...and you charge me $187.00! Then you tell me it's going to cost $1,300.00 for repairs. I get it done for $150.00 somewhere else. You robbed me once before...charging $300.00 just to replace a sensor under my hood. I will NEVER patronize your dealership!!

Disappointed, the computer's were down, had to return 3 hours later for oil change. Would have been nice if I was contacted before I drove 20 miles for my appointment. Other than that the service department does a good job.
