For an extra fee, you can do quite a bit, but you just have to ask Amtrak staff. You may be able to call 📞 and ask too. It also depends on what and where, how long after the passenger rides and perhaps even why it's even necessary. Like for example, if for a child or a disabled individual, they might do more for you.

There's a shuttle bus that goes to Medford departing around 8:30 a.m. I believe. Not positive on the time. To my knowledge that is the only public transport to Medford.

Not sure when you need it, but with slight planning and a car reservation, Enterprise will pick you up at the train station to get your car, the same for drop off. I do that in other cities with them. Works great.

Rhe station is only open at train time. From 715am until 11 and then again from 8 until 10pm.

As long as you have your ticket and do not need to check any bags, 10 minutes before the trains scheduled to arrive is fine.

The Amtrak station opens at 8:30pm. The bus company has their own lobby that stays open until 8:30pm
