If i have a train that leaves in the evening (10pm), and i arrive at this station by bus @ 7 pm with a 3 hour layover, is it open to indoor seating, or is it closed up with only outdoor seating?

The Amtrak station opens at 8:30pm. The bus company has their own lobby that stays open until 8:30pm

If its a bus that Amtrak is providing it should be open for passengers when they arrive
