They had no spaces empty,every where else around was full too,the park manager found us a little space with no services. He couldn't have been nicer. We thank him very much!!!

The owner is a slum lord and has let the lake dry up. She has had a lot of the beautiful trees cut down and raised the rent by $50 a month every year. The is run very badly. And that's just my opinion.

Great little spot, the manager Clint is a great guy and super helpful. I tent camped here for a night and it was quiet, had showers and laundry!

We just stopped in to get information on putting our 5th. Wheel trailer there. Such a Beautiful place to stay and the manager and her son Clint were so nice to me and my husband. It was truly an amazing experience

Manufactured homes, RV pads with hook ups, and a large pond / park. This is an age 55+ retirement community.

I do believe you can have 1 or 2 small dogs but they have to be on a leash when outside
Also not sure of exact rates, but we have stayed twice, each time for just a couple of nights. Quiet and scenic by the lake.
