The communication and service were good but the quality of the items rented were dismal and subpar. We rented some stanchions for an event and picked them up the day prior. Many of the poles and bases were scuffed up pretty bad and several had significant spray paint splotches from another color on them. They looked extremely unprofessional for the event we were trying to hold! I expressed my concern and the reply was, “The best we can do for you is spray paint them but we will have to charge you $80 extra.” We needed them ready and placed by 9:00 am in Battle Ground, WA the next day so this was an unrealistic option not to mention a pretty mediocre response to a legitimate customer concern.

Party Place has such a great selection of rentals. Their staff are professional and know how to make rentals selection FUN! Not only am I a recent Bride, but I'm also a wedding planner. As a planner, my expectations are incredibly high. I also have a fine eye for design and aesthetic, so finding the perfect pieces to bring my wedding vision to life was a huge value. Party Place did such an amazing job helping me hone in on my wedding decor, dinnerware, and linens. They shipped in the perfect linens for me to ensure that I had the exact color and material I envisioned. They were communicative, responsive, and flexible when I requested changes be made to my order. Overall, I had such a great experience working with the Party Place, which is why I'd recommend them to anyone planning a wedding and event, my clients included!
