Needed to take my mother-in-law to an urgent care that accepted her Medi-Cal. Went to this place and got a slightly bad first-impression by outside of the building. But upon entering, I was immediately checked-in by a friendly and helpful receptionist (didn't get her name but she had dyed red hair) and sat in a decent waiting room. My MIL waited about 30 min to see the doctor. She said the doctor was helpful. All in all, it was a good experience!

The facility was clean, well organized, efficient and very responsive. They took excellent care of my sick three-year-old son, and they made sure to make him as comfortable as possible. I appreciate this place a lot.

Glenoaks Urgent Care. May 24, 2022. The receptionist with the red hair (Anahid might be her name) walked into the front office area and blew her nose in a big paper tissue in front of the waitroom patients, then wiped her hands and wrists with her mucus from the paper tissue. She did not sanitized or wash her hands and proceeded to touch/wipe her eye glasses with the special cloth for eye lenses, then she touched things on her desk, then she brought 2 small cups of coffee by holding the small plates with the same contaminated mucus hands. She is a healthcare worker and should be even extra cautious about cleaning her hands. In any case, this is unacceptable. Also, they have a note on the door that masks are required for all, but 3 staff members at the front desk did not wear masks, including Anahid.

If I could give 0 stars I would. The receptionists are unprofessional. I waited for 2 hours only to find out that I wasn't even checked in and they had misplaced my id and insurance card. Luckily they were found but Then I had to wait another hour for them to check me in so I could finally get treated. I went here for something on my nose and the "doctor" didn't even check it. He took one look at me and said it's an infection but wouldn't answer my questions about what kind of infection it was. They focused more on my high blood pressure that I am already being treated for with my primary doctor. I kept saying that's not what I'm here for but they didnt even bother to listen. Please go anywhere but here.
