I have been living at Modera for 5 years now. Wonderful location, walking distance to many entertainments and freeway is steps away. Very clean, beautiful and safe environment. Staff are friendly and handy for all needs. I love to live here at Modera!

This will be my third year living here, and I've been very happy with my experience. The building is very well kept, safe, has beautiful units and amenities, is in a great neighborhood, and they have fun events and giveaways for the building community. There have only been a few issues I've had with the staff, but overall they have been very helpful and understanding. Thank you for being my home since 2019!

I wish I didn't have to leave this building! The staff, the amenities, and the apartments are first-rate. I first moved here in 2017, as I was looking for a building that could accommodate a short-term lease, as I was coming to LA for a contract job with an uncertain end date. Ivan was excellent to deal with, and did a great job answering all my questions on the tour. He and Richard were my main point-people from the time that I moved in, and they were always prompt to respond to anything I brought up. After my contract job ended, I moved into a larger unit for a yearlong lease, and had an even better experience! The apartments have excellent appliances and are extremely clean and modern. It was super spacious for the Glendale area, and even had an awesome balcony. I rarely had maintenance requests, but any small things I needed fixed were done within a couple hours of submitting a request. You can't beat the location, either. Tons of bars and restaurants are just a block away down Brand Boulevard. Compared to other luxury apartment buildings in the Glendale area, this is a great price point. I had to move to be closer to a new job, but it breaks my heart to say goodbye to such an awesome building with great service and staff!

This place is amazing and I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking to move near the Glendale area! Super convenient location- right off the freeway and close to many restaurants and shopping centers (Americana and Galleria). Beautiful, new apartment layouts that truly feel like home. Super quiet environment, yet friendly neighbors. The amenities (pool, sky deck, fitness center) are great and are normally always available to use! Aside from the physical elements, the staff at Modera are INCREDIBLE! Richard and Ivan go above and beyond for their residents to make them feel truly at home. You can tell that they care about this apartment complex and everyone who lives in it. Larry and Ed who manage the work repair around the apartment are tremendous as well. Any work order I have submitted has been completed in less than 24 hours. They are very efficient and a great asset to this team. Overall, we are so happy we chose Modera. Definitely tour this place because you won’t regret it.
