Calling the number provided to find out the lab hours. After going through the hoops of multiple times entering my Kaiser ID and DOB, it comes down to “you have no new messages” and the line disconnects. There is no option to speak to a person or find out the working hours. What kind of patient services is this?!

Came in for Covid-19 booster shoot. Outstanding service. Every nurse is super polite and very professional. Before the injection they show you the tag of what will be injected - very very appreciated. Thank you Tiffany D.

Horrible. Had an appointment for a COVID booster shot and had to wait in a line with 1st dose, 2nd dose and booster patients with appointments in 1 line. It took 90 minutes for a 5 minute appointment.

I love this office! People are great and it is not that far from my home. My doctor, Dr. Kienle is awesome as are the other doctors who have helped me when I have gone there. Love Kaiser and been very happy with their service at all of the locations I have been to, but Glendale especially. Moving to Florida and very sad that I won't be able to stay with Kaiser :(

In case you don't know the Target in Eagle Rock has a Kaiser clinic which if you call the same day you can also make an appointment at. They can handle lots of the small things. They are also open on Saturday and Sunday(limited hours). You will see a nurse practitioner.

No this building does not have a urgent care. If you go in with emergency they would just call 911 for you.
No, as long as the lab work has been submitted by your doctor you can go to this location to get lab work done. But just a warning if you don't have an appointment the wait time is longer.
