I just started exploring the Garden Centers out here, as I am new to California. This was a great introduction! I loved their variety of vivacious plants; from tropical, to more local floral beauties. I loved taking pictures of these vibrant rarities (to me, at least!) Their strawberry plants were quite healthy as well (shown in set.) I ended up getting a couple of pots at a great discount, and found some great glass holders for air plants. Definitely recommend this location!

If you ever ended up going to Armstrong Garden Center on San Fernando road in Glendale, make sure to ask for Mark. He is the nicest and most knowledgeable person I have ever met. Last week I had to buy several plants from light loving to medium and no light for my house. Mark helped me pick the right plants and he even explained how to take care of them. Today I had to go to the same place for another plant for my front door and I was lucky to see Mark again. Even though he was getting ready to go home for the day, he helped me pick a beautiful Azalea plant. This is good customer service. Of course I am sure other employees will be most helpful, but for now I am sticking to Mark.

I was a first time customer. One of the employees was really helpful and friendly. However, the sales person was very arrogant, snippy, rough and not friendly at all. This place is nice but overpriced compared to Home Depot.

Beautiful selection. Friendly staff a very inviting place. Been wondering what places to find ladybugs! They got them here :) they are very knowledgeable about their plants , and will order things for you ^_^ love it !

I think you should call them directly and ask what kind of trees they carry. I don't know if their employees check and comment on Google reviews. I hope this helps. I haven't been to their garden centers for at least a month, so I can't tell you either.
