My mom was admitted to this hospital in April of 2022. She was in the emergency room for an entire day until she was transferred to another unit. Upon her arrival, the took all of her belongings, including a very valuable diamond necklace and put it in the safe as they say. Upon discharge they returned a few of her belongings but not her necklace saying that she had asked for her necklace to be taken out of the safe so she could keep it next to her. My mom never asked for her jewelry. Now they are telling me that once the patient asks for anything out of the safe they are not responsible if it gets lost or stolen. They do not keep any type of record of any of this so literally they can steal and say the patient asked for it so now we are not responsible. I have reached out to many people but they are not helping us. The two departments are blaming each other. The ER says the psych unit lost it and the Psych unit says ER lost it. This is ridiculous. Please make sure if anyone is being admitted to this hospital to leave any valuables at home. A bunch of thieves are taking advantage of vulnerable people. My mom was sick not crazy and she does not lie. If she asked for her necklace to be put next to her, they need to have it recorded. Worst experience in this hospital.

It was my first experience there. hospital is clean. Ester is amazing nurse. She is there if you need her. My doctor was excellent. Unfortunately my nurse was Gini, who didn't know her job, looks like it was her first day. She send my medication to different city. Even i gave her all the info. Other nurse find her mistake and she kept trashing her paper with mistake. But in general i was happy.

Wife and I had our first baby, and the nurses in the maternity floor as well as labor and delivery were amazing. The way they advocated for the patient’s plan and supported my wife during the whole labor and since, were truly phenomenal. In such an important moment of my baby’s and wife’s life, I’m so glad we were able to have such a good team taking care of them!

It is. And although I havent been since becore pandemic, I must just add that the few times I have been here I havent felt anything less than really cared for by knowing medical professionals, and healthier than when I arrived and a truckload of gratitude for the different doctors and nurses and other staff whose daily job was to continue to save my life and help me understand my illness somehow at the same time. I've never been as cared for really as I felt I was there ultimately.

It is the worst experience I’ve had along with Glendale memorial! Always understaffed and test take HOURS just to run some more test. They lose your medical records which caused my brother in laws cancer to worsen and stopping his clinical trials. He has past away. You can be in an empty emergency room and still wait an hour to speak with someone. When I went to Glendale memorial during the pandemic for a throat infection they took my temperature at the door and it was fine. Once I explained my symptoms they took my temp AGAIN and claimed I was 104. They took my temperature twice within 15 min and somehow I developed a fever. Honestly not happy with visiting the hospitals here in my city of Glendale so I look elsewhere .

Do you remember who the surgeon was? If so, I'd recommend calling that surgeon's office and schedule a consultation.
