Got my lease terminated after a year of early rent payments because I stuck up for my disabled vet neighbor, the maintenance man Keith assaulted him and I went to court against Keith and shadae Jefferson, they then retaliated against me by destroying my documentation for recertification so they could legally put out my family mind you we have two kids under 2 years old in less than a month a hardship lawsuit will be filed because we are now homeless. Called resident relations but they never answer. Shadae is a property manager with no experience other than administration and a nursing degree. She constantly explains to us that she doesn’t know what she’s doing and that we need to call corporate for something as simple as returning a payment made in error. Horrible community. They are putting out all the good loyal tenants and retaining these nut cases from ancora state hospital who record you when you walk your dog or call the cops for minding your own business because they have nothing better to do.

The women in the office conversed with me on the phone, communicated with me by email and at the last minute she sent me a invite to come in with all my paper work the next day and I could waive the 50 dollar/110 with 2 people application fee. I was so excited, we went the next morning with everything; I sat up late getting everything together only to be disappointed. I went to Mt. Royal excited and happy because I told her of my situation and she had me believe that everthing was going to be okay. I walked into the office and she looked at me like I was lost and she would definatly show me where I could be on my way too. "Can I help You", very condescending with the face now broke up as she looked on us. And then said to the tenant she was talking and laughing with as we entered, "I talk later". Hi I am Christal, we were talking on the phone and by email....Okay she looks confused, because my voice doesnt match my color. And that my Googlers was a problem. She denied me ..And I wasnt the applicant. Said I had an eviction and I didnt. so Googlers bewre!..Because color is a problem as I spoke with the Credit Company she used they could not confirm that my Husbands credit was ever checked; as I am not the applicant...Hmmmmmmm, I dont like stuff like that! I would love to use her name as she is the Manager. But I got you...
