Here are some of the highlights of Albany Lofts at One Broadway! To start you can count on your car being broken into or stolen, whether parked in the unsecured garage or one of the parking spots you find a half mile from your apartment. You can look forward to the brisk sewage smell in the morning from the sewage plant located behind the complex. This smell will follow you inside the institution style hallways and into your apartment as the basement has constant standing water and regularly floods. The holes in the floor of the 1st floor apts, really help the scent free flow into the apartment. One would say its actually a health hazard breathing the air in. To really help the air flow and musty scent that all your belongs are sure to get, the bathrooms are window and fan less. This allows for the walls to always be wet and mold to grow if not scubbed weekly. All that aside, would it really be a luxery apartment if couldnt hear ever conversation, tv show, foot step or dog barking through the paper thin walls. If you really love all of these amenities and survive your first year, you can count on having your rent raised $200-$500 a month come time to renew your lease! So come down and sign a $2300 a month lease for a 1 bedroom apt today, the lovely new management team would like nothing more then to not work with you before and after signing!

This is a great space in a historic building. I love being in a repurposed building. It is recycling on a huge scale. The proximity to work, parks, the Hudson River, airport and train station are a huge plus.

A great community to live in. The residents are nice, our apartments are great, and the staff af the building are very nice. There are a lot of amenities including a pool, indoor parking, a community lounge, co working spaces, a dog wash, gym, fitness classes. I love that I can head down the hall and take a gym class at home. Also its very pet friendly! The gated pet yards, the dog waste stations.

The pros definitely outweigh the cons. The apartments themselves are beautiful. Very clean and spacious. The surrounding area is quiet and safe for the most part. The pool and gym are nice perks. However, the gym could be updated. Or at least have a ceiling fan or some sort of ventilation installed. The rent is somewhat high but a lot of amenities are included. The walls are quite thin and I can unfortunately hear my neighbors talking or having sex. I like to open the windows for fresh air but there’s always a really gross sewage smell. Not the end of the world though, so overall I do enjoy living here.
