Came here for the first time today. I went to Mood before coming here and was disappointed in their stretch fabric selection. At Spandex House the first floor has a lot of print, lace, sequin, and miscellaneous fabrics. The entire upstairs is all solid color fabrics and there’s soooo much to choose from! I left with 5 yards of stretch mesh fabric. I will definitely be coming back! Prices very fair and the staff was so nice to me 😊

UPDATE: The company was very responsive to its errors and overnighted the fabric to me. I would like to thank the manager/owner who helped me on the third try. He gave me his cell phone number and actually followed up. We were able to deliver our project timely. It was a bit stressful. Thank you for your customer service. ORIGINAL: I have a project which must be completed. I ordered from this company which has some very nice fabric. I received someone else’s order. Customer service helped and said they would resend the correct order asap. I have to travel with a team to another state to install the fabric for a big art project. I only received 1/2 of my order, and of the partial order I received, one of two items was the same incorrect fabric. Hoping they will overnight the fabric to where I am headed. I’ve never had problems like this with a professional company.
