Great experience overall. The property manager (Samantha) and maintenance manager (Sam) were both fantastic and helpful with every single request. They were responsive and available. Apartments are nice, quiet, and a good value for the area. They aren't luxurious, but they are nice. I recommended this complex to multiple friends, which I wouldn't do if I didn't believe in them.

We lived here less than 1 year. There is nothing luxury about these apartments. I was told windows were newer. But the draft coming through the 2 windows in the front bedroom would say otherwise. I jad to plastic them because they were so bad. Then the people who lived upstairs from us were beyond ignorant. I knew each time the man went to the bathroom as he insisted on slamming the toliet lid. The bathroom in the master upstairs was constantly running. I called and made multiple complaints. Nothing ever was done. This is just a bit of the hell we endured. Constant stomping from upstairs. When they would go up and down the stairs to them slamming doors. Ridiculous. I would not tell my worst enemy to live here
