I have to say Highland Health Care is holding well with Covid being on the rise again. Staffing is doing their best with the help shortage that’s going on in all the industries. My Mother is always clean and they have responded to all our requests. I’ve been contacted each time there is an event and have been well informed. They’ve taken my calls and answer them diligently. They have accommodated out of town family without hesitation and we are informed of safety measures prior. They constantly consider us in every aspect. They show compassion towards my mom and we are so thankful.

Highland Health Care is always very friendly, helpful, and positive and make our family part of Philip’s care at the facility. We sincerely appreciate everything they do for Phil and the integrity shown to our family. Very attentive, caring staff. They always keep me updated on everything. They’re helpful and positive, as they watch over Phil. Always helpful, esp. Amee Walker, who again volunteered to shave Phil, again. It seems he does not get shaved unless I ask about it, as he does not consider it part of his routine, as I had him do at home last year. I’m happy to see new workers there that are friendly and helpful. W/ the veteran employees and good help, I feel they can give Phil good care. Always friendly and helpful Nice to see Phil out of isolation. Sounds like he may get a well needed shave tonight togeth back to normal. His 3 covid shots kept him well during the pandemic Great, as usual! Again, so friendly and helpful! Very helpful, esp. Amee Walker! But all the employees are nice. Good experience, as usua! I really appreciate that I’m notified about Phil’s lab work and what will be done to correct the abnormalities. I also appreciate the CNA verbal reports to me about Phil’s frustration( which I call stubbornness) considering his non cooperation as they attempt to take him to the toilet and change his wet smelly clothes. They are trying to do their jobs; I did talk to him about it, but I can not guarantee and compliance on his part. Thanks to all the employees- they have a hard job. Phil needs lots of care and assistance, needing spills wiped up and he never has Kleenex. I do not mind helping to care for him. I know employees are very busy w/ so many residents. Seems he needs to be changed often, a never ending chore for the aides. Very pleasant! They offered our grandson some milk as he was visiting grandpa! Such a nice gesture! Very friendly, as usual Another great visit w/ my husband, Phil Very caring. They treat me like family. I took supper to Phil and A kitchen aide even offered us dessert. So sweet of her. And it was good, too. Thank you very much! As always, they’re friendly and helpful! Great, as usual! Caring employees. So nice to phil. One employee gave him candy- so sweet. I appreciate the employees’ friendliness. I was very pleased today to pass my positive feedback to the mgmt at Crest. I specifically mentioned the friendliness and helpfulness of 3 people, but there are a lot more who follow the same ideology and I appreciate everyone there very much! Thx for all you do for Phil and how you treat the family members! It does not go unnoticed! I appreciate the feedback from the nsg msg staff so I know what is going on. Thank you. You all are so loving and caring! Thank you. Wry good, again. I admire their patience w/ the residents. Thx, again, to all the conscientious caregivers at HHCC. It does not go unnoticed. Always a pleasant experience. Thx to all. I appreciate being kept informed about activities at HHC Gret , as always! I met a dedicated employee today who said she likes HHC and it’s residents. Always good to hear; she was very helpful and informative!
