these apartments are a complete RIP OFF. Sandy Martin stole my entire 1500.00 security deposit and also charged me an extra 500 bill for ridiculous fees, and multiple fabricated lies to extort money!! I'm now taking the matter to small claims court, thankfully I had a VA rep with me when I moved as a witness. The worse experience of my life.

Beautiful apartments but you will get no sleep, you can hear ANYTHING AND EVERYTHING! Management never returns your emails - and nothing ever gets done! The plowing is few and far between! If you’re searching for a new apartment definitely consider looking elsewhere.

SO hard to reach the front office. They've picked up maybe a third of the times I've called. Also don't live above a garage, the neighbors are insensitive and will open their garage and shake your apartment at all hours of the night and there's nothing the apartment complex can do. It's also really dangerous getting in and out of the property, since the only entrance is one road right next to a busy intersection. During rush hour there are a lot of close calls with getting hit by other cars as you're turning. They're nice apartments, but I don't know if it's worth it.
