Wife and I resided there from 2014 thru 2016. Was nice, clean, and quiet. Maintenance quickly fixed anything that broke. Snow removal and ground maintenance was outstanding. You won't be disappointed.

We've lived at ivybrook for about 3 years. It's comfortable, clean and safe. We love our neighbors! Our apartment is beautiful and easy to maintain. Maintenance is super responsive, we've never had an issue getting anything fixed. The rent is pretty reasonable for how nice the apartments are. We're very happy there!

Completely wasted my time. Single mother of two who works as a manager making 45,000 plus a year. Recently separated from her husband doing everything possible to make a good life for her kids by getting them in the right school district. Always paid my bills and rent on time w pride and no problems. Declined the ability to rent from this company since I was hit by a car a couple months ago and my workers comp only pays 2/3 of my income currently. Which is over a 1,000 a check! Plus I receive another $1000 from my soon to be ex husband. Horrible. Not good people.
