The NEW Stuffed Cheesecake Pancakes are good and all, but it didn't come with strawberries and powdered sugar like the app said. Today is the second time I ordered curbside and received cold food after waiting 25+ minutes after I parked out front. I'm sorry, but I don't recommend curbside orders at this location at all. Especially when I place the order so far in advance to prevent my lunch hour from being cut short. Otherwise, they're food is fairly consistent when it comes to dining in.

We ate breakfast here after our flight from BWI. They cooked the meal well done to my liking. My only complaint, the temperature of the food isn't hot enough. We actually love their gift shop more than the food. I would still dine their again, but ask them to serve it hotter.

Cracker Barrel is one of our favorite restaurants to eat at. Our kids love shopping, playing games, and enjoy the food. In the most recent visits at this location we have noticed I downward spiral in service. My family had the worst experience tonight. There was no kid menus. We received rolls and tater tots and did not get extra plates. Our mashed potatoes had something stringy hair like in it, ham was super thin, and there was no tarter sauce with the fish. Our server never came to the table after receiving our meal, so there was no way in resolving any of these issues. We also had to teach down our sever for refills. After dinner I stopped in the restroom to find there was only one stall available and no paper towels. It was one thing after another. I found the manager on our way out to let him know. He didn’t even look me in the eye and started walking away as I was talking. I found this completely disrespectful. We will absolutely not return to this location and gladly take the drive across the bay bridge for a way better experience.

I was very disappointed in the waitress and service. Maybe she was New or just confused. My Husband ordered Pinto beans (distasteful) then ask waitress for Greens, didn’t receive until we ask for the Floor manager for the bill and carry out container. I ask for Gravy with my Burger, waited five minutes to get that. Overall we didn’t have to wait to be seated. No long line. We will not return to that Location.

1/10 people who had the steak fries actually enjoyed them. The newer homestyle fries are a big hit. In response to Tricia - biscuits and cornbread are complimentary and you do not pay for them. As a side note... Servers are trained to bring your bread out with your meal and not before the meal. Next time, request them early, and if the server forgets, remind them!
