When it takes them over 4 hours to fix the beeping smoke alarm in your room and Maggie at the front desk gets an attitude with me for complaining at hr 4. The man that finally came to fix it said he had put a new battery in it earlier yet he didn't wait the minute to see if the problem was fixed. Picked this location for proximity to BWI Airport. Had to be up at 3:30 and couldn't get to bed at a decent hour due to the smoke alarm. Heaven forbid they'd offer you a differ room or a better attitude.

Good clean place. Internet is not that strong in corner room's fyi. Staff was nice and very helpful. Rooms seam to be quiet and newer style. Always seamed to be busy and parking was a bear sometimes normally about 4 to 7pm. But overal nice to stay for awhile. There are some good places to eat close.

Overall the stay was ok. The staff at breakfast and the nightshift front desk were nice and accommodating. I also spoke to a Tamela over the phone that went above and beyond. The issues. I was offered an upgrade online to a wellness suite of an additional 31\night. WelI was advised that it was not going to be available. So later that day my card was charged 413.24. I wentbto the desk multiple time and was not given clear answers even when i did the math with them. They quoted 13% tax and an incidental fee. Which still added up to 409. No one knows where the additional 5.00 came in. The desk clerk went to ask the manager Ken White about the difference and he told her to tell me that the govt discount rate is 133night and my rate is only 106night so I already had a good deal. What? How condescending! What does my rate prebooked have to do with my current charge? 2nd. We asked for housekeeping to clean room.it never happened. 3rd hotbtub was broken. 4th. Breakfast was pitiful. 14.95 per person. I was told buffet when actually you pick 1 meat. Eggs and potatoes and the buffet are cold items like cereal. The cold items were scarce and per the staff they had no more.
