Ordered through DD. Manager was awesome and reached out because they didn't have exactly what I ordered. She offered great replacements and food was awesome! Great customer service.

They have much better customer service and food in the afternoon as opposed to the evening shift. By the time 7pm rolls in, this establishment runs out of everything. Overall not terrible, but be weary and cautious.

Always have loved KFC chicken. They have in my opinion, the best coleslaw! All their sides are great as well! Wish there were more Kentucky Fried Chicken restaurants still open.

I won't be surprised if that's the case
If you go inside you can only order food to go no dine in stand on the 6ft circle till it's your turn to walk up to the register to order your food and wait until it's ready and always mask is required to enter the building. And you have the drive thru I would strongly suggest to wear your mask when you pay and pick up your food at the window
They don't like to honor coupons and could care less about corporate rules. A manager told me that we are a franchise and we do our own thing. Which is not what franchises are suppose to do. Have a problems a few times coming here. We now go to a different KFC where we don't have these problems evem though its further away!
