My sister and I came to Ruby Tuesday tonight for dinner because we wanted the salad bar. It never disappoints. Always fresh and absolutely delicious. Our waiter was Keith. He was very friendly and attentive. We will definitely ask for him when we come back!

Ordered for pick up and it was ready upon arrival. Had a slight issue but it was addressed quickly and they even offered to remake the entire order but that wasn't needed. Very nice guys helping out. We could hear them communicating with the kitchen about the fix which was awesome

I work for Deliverthat & other delivery gigs. The management/ Lady in charge this morning, was awesome! 👏❤ She was Very nice & had everything ready to go for me, early, when I arrived for my catering order. Most places that don't open until after pick up time, will not start the order until the doors open.

It's a fine establishment. The first thing I noticed walking in was the sticky floor. Your feet stuck to the tiled areas and it was very audible with each step. Staff seem to do their best with what they have to work with. I was surprised by the menu having so many options, that was a nice surprise. Ordered the Rib-eye, medium-rare, but honestly it was so thin it probably couldn't be cooked any longer than a minute and lacked flavor. Definitely not worth the price. I got that with the shrimp combo and the shrimp was delicious. Mash was good and broccoli cooked thorough. The Absolut Cosmo didn't seem to have enough cranberry so it fell on the strong side. Even though it wasn't an amazing experience in some ways, appetizers and entrees came out fairly quickly, drinks came quick, out waitress was attentive and came to our table often to check on us.

All doors were locked. I knocked on them loudly. Inside employees saw me knocking and did nothing but laugh. Then I called the restaurant while standing at the door and a man answered and seemed real confused about what time the restaurant closes. He finally came and opened the door, but there was no way I was going to order anything because I didn't trust that the food would be.....not messed with. I have been in the restaurant business in the past, this is a clear case of employees trying to get a jump on cleaning/closing up the store to get out early.
I am an employee at rubys. If we arent busy there is no need for a reservation. However if you are coming in with a larger amount of people, making a reservation is the best way to go to ensure we have room and your table will be set up and ready for you when you arrive :)
They didnt give you a birthday sundae?
