I am an employee at rubys. If we arent busy there is no need for a reservation. However if you are coming in with a larger amount of people, making a reservation is the best way to go to ensure we have room and your table will be set up and ready for you when you arrive :)

Sort of. Like another said if you call while driving there they will put you on the waiting list so hopefully when you get there you will be either up or about to be up. But no they do not take reservations for a precise time. On a side note, i have never had to wait more than 20 minutes. Just don't go during playoffs or high traffic times...
No. Nobody goes there. Over priced and the placevis gross.
If they are busy you can call and get put on the waiting list while your enroute. We had to do it a few times. Goty there and was ready to be seated right away.
