I went in and said I wanted to cut my hair short (it was previously below my shoulder blades) and I showed the girl a picture of myself from a couple of years ago where my hair was at my shoulders. She proceeds to cut a BOB. I tell her this isn’t at all what I wanted and she says she’d give me a discount. I left and looked at the receipt and received no discount. I’ve never been so embarrassed of a haircut in my entire life it’s about 4 inches shorter than I asked for. I’ve been to this salon a couple of times and don’t know if I’ll be returning because of this.

I see Jena and she has done wonders for my hair! I have been growing out a pixie cut and she has made each stage of growing it out look like it was meant to look that way! Now that it’s grown out, she has made my hair look exactly how I have always wanted. I highly recommended this salon. Great environment and wonderful staff!
