Im a long time 24 HR Fitness member--started going to this location when it reopened after Covid. Nice gym decent machines, its crowded, so I go early morning or late night. The reason for the 2 stars is because its become TOO CROWDED, many machines are broken, and all of the PRETENTIOUS PEOPLE who go there to work out! Lots of gym snobs. Im in great shape but I dont walk around with an attitude! And look at the parking lot--lots of fancy cars (saw a Lambo, MBZ AMGs, 911 GT3, WHITE McLaren Do people come here to show off their cars?? The one guy regularly drives the WHITE McLaren or white MBZ G wagen. Really dude driving that kind of car to the gym??!! Yours, a company car, or rental?? either way--DUMB!!

I’ve been coming here for almost 10 years. This place used to be great! Always clean, all the machines working and just immaculate. Now, the restrooms are not functioning and very filthy, a lot of the machines are out of service and the whole gym is not clean (trash and paper towels on the floors). Please hire a cleaning company to clean this place on the daily basis.

Don't get me wrong. I actually like the facility of this place. Their amenities (showers, sauna, steam room, etc.) are great. The only reason I give this place a one-star is because it is unbelievably crowded there no matter what time I go morning or evening. I've had to wait up to like 15 minutes max each time for a workout machine to be available and also they don't have a lot of cleaning stations. They only got like 1 or 2 on opposite sides and they're not conveniently near the free weights or squat racks. The only thing I see myself only using constantly at this gym are their showers. Plus, all 24-hour fitness gyms right now don't even live up to their name... It's more like a 16/18-hour fitness gym since they close between 9/11pm to 5am the next morning.

I highly recommend you checking out another 24 location or, ideally, another gym altogether. This place is an absolute mess. One thing is very evident- this is a top down problem. I don't know who the club's manager is, but they need to be replaced with someone competent who sets a good example. Upper management has apathy towards the maintenance, cleanliness, and organization of this business and this sentiment has bred in employees in that manager's charge. When I visited this location on 2/4, a group of employees was just hanging out at the front gossiping and laughing. One guy in particular was leaned up against the front counter just relaxing. There is no order or care in the world here. Children have taken over. No offense to the owner of this gym, but you have to get your head out of the sand and acknowledge the complete disfunction that is this location. Something tells me you won't because this place is crowded (makes money) and that is all that matters. Gym-goers, if you like using this location but are unhappy about the chaos that exists here, consider moving your membership to a different location - one that is outside of this owner's franchise. This would act to send a message to the owners. I hope things change here. But I don't have high hopes.
