Best fitness concept ever. I have tried traditional gyms with and without trainers, gyms in an apartment complex and the biggest issue is motivation. Orangetheory really helps in establishing a community vibe that keeps you going. You are in a class for an hour - so you can’t just call it a day at anytime. They motivate you to push your self to your limits each session. Also the coaches here are really amazing - love their sense of humor and how they pay attention to your form and help you fix it right away :)

I have been working out since I was a teenager and have been going to so many gyms, but when it comes to group work out and HIIT training I have to admit Orange Theory is the best place to go. I have been going here on Tuesdays and Fridays for the past a few months, and I can not wait for my next session. I feel happier, younger and have lots of energy. Special thanks to their amazing trainers, James, Melissa, Glennis and Kristin. I love the positive energy I get from you guys. This place is loaded with positive vibes, smiles and successful people, you can tell all of the trainees are successful professionals in their personal lives. No matter if you are a professional athlete, a beginner, you want to loose some weight, or you just want spend some time around positive people, here is the place to go! Highly recommended 💪

I started on OTF around Jan 2022 trying to get back on the early morning workout routine that was completely smashed by COVID times. After trying the Irvine place I was hooked after the first class, not only because of the structure and the class itself but also on how comfortable I felt with the coaches and the overall environment that the studio has. I like the fact that there are no delays and punctuality is respected on both ways, I also like the fact that coaches do their best to provide guidance while multi-tasking with three different groups at the same time. This is definitely something that I’d recommend specially for somebody who’s looking for a push to get something going.
