The place was dirty, very unkept and lids for the regular size drink cup were unavailable! They needed to wipe the tables clean, and dust around the drink and the dumping area!!! The prices are too high, when you have to eat inside, where you have to put up with such things!

Horrible. Manger has a Horrible attitude....I drove 45 minutes and no rice..none...said it would taken 20 minutes to cook more at 7pm and doesn't close until 10pm. I can see why all closing down. Not enough food for 3 bowls and I asked if I could have it without rice and it wasn't enough and I would get charged full price...no beans...no anything out at 7pm....smh sad. Employees on phones...terrible really bad. I'm sad...no more QDOBA for my family.

First time stepping foot in here and wanted to try there impossible bowl. First impression is management needs to hire employees that want to work! I saw all 4 employees sitting when we came in…that might be fine but to see their serving line was horrific and half of the items were not filled or they were out of went in the impossible bowl. Long story short as there is more I could say…last time we will eat at this location

The place was a mess. We were the only ones there, all the tables were dirty, floor was nasty. This was lunch so not sure it had ever been swept, trash full and pop machines was a mess. I understand they are short staffed but 4 people working and one left. Priority should be the customers and clean eating area. Only one guy seemed to care and was doing all the work and seemed positive. The rest were hiding in the back. Writing this as we like the food so hoping this gets fixed!
