Just came in to get my oil changed and tires rotated at Big O Raymore and was greeted by my dear old friend, Jacob with a "Well hi Miss Stephanie!" Made my morning to see your smiling face and willingness to service my car today! In and out in under 35 minutes. They are always so warm and welcoming and most of their staff have been with the company for years. Wouldn't trust anyone else aside from the dealership to service my Nissan Rogue Sport. Blew a tire, didn't purchase the protection plan fair enough but when the new replacement tire blew on the sidewall like the first (obviously defective tires) a week after purchasing it and they wouldn't replace, taking my money to discount tires. They're much cheaper than this place anyhow, manager here is not customer first.

This has become my go to place within the last month. I’ve never been disappointed. A few weeks ago firestone quoted me $1,934 to get my rear shocks replaced. Big O tires did them for $613 and even explain the process to me. I went to Valvoline this morning to get my transmission and radiator flushed and filled. Not only were they charging me an arm and a leg, they couldn’t even find my radiator. At one point there were five people under my hood looking for it. They told me they were having a hard time getting to it and recommended that I go to the dealership.. So I left and went across the street to big O tires and they found my radiator with no problem. They drained and filled it, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Every time I go there I’m explained things about my vehicle that I really appreciate. It lets me know that they actually care and not just there to take my money. Also, everyone is always so pleasant when I go up there. I will continue to go there to get my car services done.
