Nice apartment. Terrible management. Packages get stolen here every day it seems like. I've lost over 250 dollars worth of property alone here. When you notify management they genuinely do not care. The fact that you can't even have a home to safely ship packages to during COVID mind you, is disappointing. I won't even complain about the noise because that's just part of "apartment living" but that's also a GLARING issue here. It's one of the only communities which has recycling for residents but it fills up the day after pick up, how hard would it be for them to just add another pick up day to the recycling? Too difficult. Their only saving grace are their floor plans (a lot of space) and the fact that they're under 2k in MA with a W/D inside. That is it though. They know this which is why they don't care. If you can find someplace else, I'd stay away from here. Do not rent UNIT 04 from this complex if you want any peace or to be able to sleep at night. The people above UNIT 04 are unbearable to a point where it's not even normal for apartment living.

I have lived here for 4 months now and love the property. I had one issue with a leak coming from my toilet. I put in a maintenance request and got it fixed right away! Well kept property, and I love my apartment. I'm in a two bed two bath.

Our situation was being professionally resolved by the new manager Kim. She has been listening and helping. We are very satisfied with the experience and recommend anything you need help go to her. Heather has been helping a lot as well.
