I have had a couple good reviews on T-Mobile so I decided to go over there I told them I was hearing them paired and they give me a phone I can't hear on and to make it worse two of the staff members try this phone out and say we here just fine on it well this phone is good for people who can hear but when you tell someone you're hearing impaired no so I canceled everything and gave them back their phone which would be no good for me

I normally am very understanding of the retail employees at cell phone stores as I was in their shoes for years. However, the employees at this store were the most unhelpful and disrespectful people I have ever dealt with. They tried every possible excuse not to help me and the retention rep over the phone had to make them help me.

Trying to cancel our home internet my husband called and was on hold for an eternity. Once canceled the lady on the phone was supposed to follow up with an email with a return label for the equipment. We got the email but no return label so I popped in to the store to see about returning it there. They were packed so a gentleman asked me why I was there..<apparently there was another lady there for the same reason>.. he said that he would call them for me which I assumed may be quicker than me trying to call back. He told me that there were 2 people in front of me so I told him I would come back. I went back about 1.5 hours later and now all of a sudden they can't help me with home internet.. IF PEOPLE WOULD JUST DO THEIR JOBS!!!

So unlike the Karen down below freaking out because the store opening late, she failed to mention there’s a foot of snow on the ground. I went in to the store at 11:30 when this person called up to the store completely being a rude Karen. And the representatives there working was nothing but nice and extremely humble after someone so rude tried to do nothing but bring them down. There’s rules in places. There’s certain things they can and can’t do. As a loyal customer I was nothing but nice and patient and GRATEFUL the employees made it to work SAFELY and took GOOD care of me. Kindness goes along way. And leaving a nasty not true Google review does absolutely nothing but fill you’re little ego. So to the Karen that had nothing better to do in a blizzard but be hateful I hope you’re phone breaks and they do absolutely nothing to help you.
