The gentlemen who did Mine and my daughter's pedicures were AMAZING! They were nice, professional and did and excellent job. The design they did are fabulous. The girls doing our nails did great also, got the designs done to match the toes perfectly. First time customers but will be back!

I used to love this place so much and would always come here to get my nails done. Today I went with my mom and little sister to get pedicures before we leave for vacation. They got us into chairs super fast which was nice but things changed quickly. The three of us decided we wanted the same color and the lady doing my moms toes, a tiny older lady, immediately got an attitude with my mom. Additionally my mom has sensitive legs and asked the lady to not do the scrub on her legs. After that, the lady started constantly rolling her eyes. Later on, the older lady walked over to my sisters chair to get the sandals for my mom and started to fan the other lady doing my sisters toes, as if she was treating her like a princess. It was very obvious they were talking about and making fun of my mom. I understand that it may be an inconvenience with time for us to have picked the same color and that my mom didn’t want the scrub but in the end we are paying for the service and staff should not be visibly treating customers with disrespect like this. My mom has been going to gallery for over a year now and has never experienced anything like this, we will not be returning.

I chose this location because photos had shown they had a children's pedicure chair but when we got there they did not they also had great reviews. After telling them them I needed two basic pedicures they constantly heckled me to change my package to a higher priced one, even after I caved and upgraded my daughter's pedicure to a full gel Mani Pedi, I had to turn them down multiple times and they purposely made me feel bad for not changing my mind on my basic pedicure. The service that was provided to me was mediocre and almost felt like a punishment for not upgrading. My polish has a thumb print in it and my daughter's gel manicure is already coming off the same day. They were very patient with my daughter which I appreciate but I cannot overlook the rest of what happened.
