I went in to this beautiful and welcoming spa for facial waxing and let me tell you, what an incredible experience!! Firstly, this location is gorgeous and every member of the team that I met was warm, kind, and exceptionally welcoming. Now when I say I walked in with what can only be described as a full beard, I mean it. Normally that is not something I publicly admit but here's the thing, it is GONE. I have always had very dark, thick, and coarse facial hair with roots that go SUPER deep. That beard was no match for Katlin. She took such amazing care of me from the start to the finish. She not only did the waxing and then tweezers to make sure there were no stragglers, she also made sure my skin was clean, soothed, and comfortable after. On top of it all she educated me on everything that was happening along the way which, let's be real, you don't get most places these days. I left feeling so satisfied that the dreaded beard gone. It has been 6 days since my visit and not only does my skin feel happy and healthy, for the first time in YEARS I have not had to worry about quickly shaving my face, emergency car tweezers, or hiding my face in public. I left Katlin and Elements Hot Tub Spa feeling confident, educated, and empowered and I cannot wait to go back.

Booked a 'tranquility' package that included an hour in the tub, an hour massage and 30 minutes in the infrared sauna, and it was just so relaxing. I'm a Massage Therapist myself and my Massage Therapist Zoe was just SO gifted. The way she always kept her hands on my body and made the massage feel like a dance put me in such a deep state of relaxation and I haven't felt that way with another LMT in a long time. Me and my partner were in a bad car accident so spending a few hours here decompressing was exactly what we needed. Only reason I gave 4 stars is simply because it would be nice to have information about the Massage Therapists on the website. I'd like to get to know my Therapist's specialties and bio before I book, but again, I am biased. I still recommend this place to anyone especially since these kind of hydrotherapy facilities exist so few and far between. If you're in the Amherst area, please check them out!
