My husband and I just moved in and we love Kensington West Apartments. It was really scary moving to a new apartment out of state, but the staff here are so friendly and they’ve made this the best move. We love the apartment community and all of the amenities offered. We feel at home already and are looking forward to our time here at Kensington West Apartments. 10/10 SERIOUSLY!!! (:

We really love living here! Apartments are spacious, updated, and affordable for how nice they are. The pool, dog park, and quick and efficient maintenance team are major draws to the community. The staff is so friendly and helpful, and they put on really fun events once a month — if not more often — which make being s resident even more fun! Highly recommend!

Kensington West Apartments is not what I expected. We happenned upon this wonderful community while casually looking at apartments. It was the second of five complexes we visited and we were convincingly drawn back to make it out residence. Our experience has been extensive in just a few short months. The word "luxury" did not immediately become apparent however after several events we quickly learned that our management staff were very responsive to any request and resolved each with a sense of urgency and attention to our complete satisfaction. The word "Luxury" is both well deserved and befitting such an organization. Our unit is precisely what we had hoped for. We are on the first level which is has very easy access. The space flows well and from an accomplished culinary cook, the kitchen is well layed out from surface area flow on into the pantry and a spacious eat-in dining kitchen space. We easily and intimately entertain couples and can readily serve a larger group in a casual setting. Fine quisine is well complimented in this living space. If you have taken in the grounds you may not have noticed the beautiful Fishpot Creek adjoining our property facing us from Manchester. I am an avid outdoorsman and explored this creek to be delightfully surprised to find the creek to be healthy hosting abundant Bluegill, crayfish, birdlife and many other wild things including a dense population of deer as well. I look forward to seeing the snow and ice removal this winter and welcome the opportunity to watch others take over this winter task. The services and management by far exceed my expectations. A continuing thanks to Michelle, Robert, Larry, Bridget and Missy, hope I didn't miss anyone as there are a new person or two. I must say it is a pleasure to observe such a well oiled machine! Absolutely best service from their management team! I downsized from an entire house to take advantage of the great market for sellers and this was my top find for apartments in Ballwin as I wait for it to be a buyers market again. The team made the application process very easy, I applied months in advance for a specific apartment layout (I wanted the renovated 2 bedroom, lower level, with a washer and dryer in unit). The apartments are lovely with beautiful crown molding. The clubhouse facilities are top notch with an updated gym, sauna, and up-kept pool. The few times I have put in a service request they are fast and efficient, leaving a note behind of services completed. They also host “Win It Wednesdays”, Easter Eggs Hunts, and other fun Holiday activities. This isn’t just a place to live… it’s a community.
